A fantastic opportunity has arisen for a full time SQL Analyst to join our growing team. This position will suit an intelligent, determined, and super-organised individual looking to build a long-term career within a successful, ambitious, and professional environment. We are looking for someone familiar with the challenges involved in handling large volumes of real-world data. The role will involve dealing with bulk processing using SQL in a columnar database and would benefit from someone who is familiar with anticipating the edge cases which arise and designing data flows such that they will be handled early.
Key Responsibilities
- This is a B2B position, working closely with the tech leads to customise standard approaches to enable clients' business requirements
- Identify processing bottlenecks, data oddities and incorrect assumptions
- Working from draft whiteboard logic, write production quality code which both achieves the goals and works reliably.
The Ideal Candidate
- Although SQL experience is necessary and will be tested, we are seeking individuals with a data manipulation background who can learn the tools and techniques in a primarily English-speaking environment
