We are looking for an experienced Product Test Specialist to join our team in making products that will be used by millions of people around the world.
You will be involved in the product development process and work with PMs, developers, and manual testers in sprints and projects to develop, implement, and manage testing processes and test plans to ensure that products meet required specifications for quality, function, and reliability prior to delivery.
Responsibilities: Testing Planning
- Participate in project discussions, providing valuable input on testability, risk, usability, and maintainability.
- Define test scenarios and create comprehensive test cases.
- Develop and implement effective testing plans.
- Manage the test cases on TestRail, including the regular update of regression test.
Responsibilities: Release Quality Assurance
- Execute the testing plans meticulously before each software release.
- Monitor and follow up on issues, including those arising from user tickets and crashlytic reports.
- Collaborate with PMs, automation engineers, and manual testers to coordinate testing processes and resolve issues efficiently.
Responsibilities: Testing Ops
- Maintain and update testing devices to ensure we have coverage for most of our user devices and OS versions.
- Onboarding new testers to our standards and procedures, while providing continuous support to help them enhance their testing skills over time.
Qualifications:
- 2-3 years of experience in relative field.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- Experience working in an Agile/Scrum development process.
- Experience with TestRail or similar testing management tools.
- Ability to design, develop, and execute test plans and test cases based on system requirements and design documents.
- Understanding of software QA methodologies, tools, and processes.
Plus:
- Familiar with mobile development process.
- Experience in developing any application or system.
- Experience with backend API, frontend testing, and performance testing.
