About The Role:
We are actively looking for a skilled IT Automation Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will manage our IT systems, improve process efficiency through automation, and help the company leverage cutting-edge AI technologies to improve our products and internal processes.
What You'll Do:
- Implement and manage automation workflows using tools like Zapier or n8n to improve efficiency.
- Implement applications and software upgrades and troubleshoot any performance issues.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to assist in security assessments, identify potential risks, and implement IT or AI-driven solutions.
- Stay updated with the latest AI trends and technologies. Evaluate and recommend AI products and technologies that can enhance our routine workflow.
- Monitor and optimize IT system performance and reliability.
- Install, configure, and support workstation software, hardware, printers, phones and other devices.
- Train members in using software and hardware, and provide technical support when needed.
Skills We’re Looking For:
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field. Relevant certifications or equivalent experience may be considered.
- 3+ years of experience in a similar IT role, preferably in a fast-paced startup environment.
- Skilled in developing automation scripts and integrating third-party services and libraries.
- Passionate about AI innovations and assessing various AI tools and platforms.
- Ability to convey technical concepts in a clear and relatable manner to non-technical members.
- Experience in developing and managing internal tools to optimize team’s workflow.
Nice-To-Haves:
- Experience in building Slack apps (bots).
- Ability to build prototypes using LLMs or text-to-image models.
- Can be in the office at least 4 days/week. Since this role will require being able to address IT issues as they arise in the office, we prefer that you can come to the office on most days.

- This is a one-year full-time contractor position. There may be an opportunity to discuss a regular full-time position offer if performance exceeds expectations during the interview process.
