We are looking for a Research Operations Specialist to support research projects across both our PicCollage and new products division. This role will work directly with the User Research team to facilitate research projects, programs and advocacy.
Responsibilities:
- Work with the team to establish recruiting criteria, draft screeners, source and schedule participants, prepare participants for studies, oversee incentives, and track participation in our research pool.
- Support ongoing research by setting up studies in Respondent, GreatQuestion, User Interviews, and other research tools. You’ll maintain study documents, create and manage online bookings with global participants, and keep team members updated so they can easily take part or observe ongoing research projects.
- Identify and improve processes to keep the research team performing at a high-level. Examples of work could include: optimizing recruiting methods, redesigning how we track research participation. You’ll have agency to identify opportunities and implement solutions.
Qualifications:
- Fluent in English (written & verbal).
- 2+ years experience in operations, research operations or recruiting, project management, program management or similar roles.
- Familiar with User Research and office software such as; Dovetail, GreatQuestion, UserInterviews, Respondent, Excel, Google Docs/Sheets.
- Strong organization and project management skills.
- Able to work in a fast paced, open and collaborative environment.
- Stay up-to-date on emerging technologies, tools, industry trends, best practices, continually advancing the research process for researchers and people doing research.
Plus:
- Understanding of the US market.
- Chinese language fluency.
- Start-up experience is a plus, experience with flexible work structure.
- Understand and apply AI and AI tools into your research workflow.
- Have conducted user research sessions.
Note: This position is based in Taipei, Taiwan and will often require you to come to the office in person.
