Our proprietary platform uses advanced data science and machine learning to identify homes that fit investor criteria and optimize portfolio management and performance at scale. 


The IT Systems Admin will own responsibility for our technology platforms, with focused efforts on Google Workspace platform administration.  Additionally will provide Help Desk and technical support for issues affecting end users, such as software or hardware problems.  The Admin will triage, track and resolve tickets.  If the Admin cannot directly solve the problem, they will escalate and handoff as needed.  This position also has IT career growth path potential.  We are a technology startup, you must be flexible about your support domain, work outside of your comfort zone and adapt.

Technical Qualifications

    • Subject Matter Expert and Owner of all things Google:
    • Administer, manage, and maintain the Google Workspace ecosystem (Enterprise Standard)
    • Users, Groups, Permissions, Gmail, Drive, LDAP, SSO, 3p apps, Org Units, Reports, Alerts
    • Proficiency with GAM CLI and/or Workspace API
    • Workspace admin console, third party tools, add ons, and some home-grown utilities.
    • Lead efforts and strategy to evolve the adoption of Google Workspace capabilities within the enterprise.
    • Lead and facilitate enterprise rollout of custom/in-house solutions that integrate with Google Workspace functionality and work productivity.
    • Manage and administer Google Cloud Platform projects related to Google Workspace integration.
    • Optimize the Google Workspace account management process. Develop new system processes and improve existing ones for efficient Google Workspace account lifecycle management.
    • Escalate support issues to Google Support, follow up and resolve them in a timely manner.
    • Partner with other IT functions to evaluate, prioritize and resolve new issues & problem scenarios.
    • Provide all administrative duties and support of additional IT systems including but not limited to: Atlassian, Jira, Slack, Dropbox for Business, Jamf, Apple Business Manager, Front, Dialpad.
    • Strong administrative knowledge of Apple and Microsoft products: Macbooks, iPhones, iPads, Windows 11.
    • Support and improve a low-touch / touchless device deployment to end-users in multiple international locations.
    • Setup/configure/deploy laptops and mobile devices for new hire onboarding or device transfers.
    • Track, distribute, and assign equipment to users using MDM solutions.
    • Maintain functionality of equipment including computers, monitors, printers, phones, tablets, docking stations and video conferencing solutions.
    • Act as a first contact with users regarding any and all technology issues - hands on helpdesk.
    • Provide additional assistance and value as required according to talents, experience, abilities and knowledge.
    • Understanding of ISP and networking hardware (modems, firewalls, switches, access points) along with concepts such as DNS, DHCP, VPN, and TCP/IP protocols.
    • General understanding and appreciation of Information Security best practices.
    • Maintain and improve knowledge base, clearly document solutions.

Experience Required

    • Bachelor's degree, Information Systems, Engineering, or equivalent
    • 3-5 years technical working experience
    • 1-2 years focused experience with Google Workspace administration
    • Location is Nashville, TN and willingness to report in-office daily; at least 80% of time must be in-office
    • Ability to travel to the company's locations (US and international) as required
    • Helpful if candidate can lift up to 50 lbs of weight
    • Be available/on-call outside of traditional business hours
$70,000 - $80,000 a year
