About The Role
At Picus Security, Product Management is the driving force of innovation and impact. As a Senior Product Manager, you will shape the future of our award-winning Security Validation platform and play a pivotal role in influencing its global adoption.
In this role, you will combine AI thinking, user empathy, and data-informed decision-making to design products that solve real problems at scale. You’ll be expected to anticipate emerging trends, understand evolving user contexts, and translate them into actionable product strategies.

What You'll Do
- Shape product strategy: Actively participate in strategic business decisions, leveraging AI-enabled insights, personalization, and predictive analysis to align product vision with user needs and business goals.
- Own the product lifecycle: Oversee customer-facing products from concept and prototyping through launch, growth, and iteration.
- Market & competition insights: Conduct market research and analysis to identify customer needs, competitive landscape, and emerging trends; use insights to maintain and evolve the product roadmap.
- AI-driven product development: Apply AI thinking in product design, experimentation, and roadmap prioritization, embedding automation and intelligence perspectives into the process.
- Cross-functional leadership: Collaborate with data, engineering, design, marketing, sales, and business teams to define product requirements, prioritize features, and drive execution.
- Drive Continuous Innovation: Lead with continuous process improvement and product iteration to deliver features and capabilities that define what’s next.
- Product positioning: Analyze competition and industry trends to solidify Picus Security’s positioning in the cybersecurity market.
- User-first innovation: Deeply understand user context and behavior to design solutions that deliver real impact and align with customer needs.
- Outcome orientation: Define and track key product metrics and KPIs, analyze user interactions and product performance, and continuously iterate to optimize experience and achieve business impact.
- Go-to-market support: Partner with sales and marketing on enablement and GTM execution, ensuring that product innovations translate into commercial success.
What You Have
- Experience leading SaaS products end-to-end, from 0→1 launches to scaling and iteration.
- Strong track record working with data, engineering, business, design, and go-to-market teams to deliver impact.
- A user-first mindset with deep care for experience design and problem-solving.
- Ability to leverage data and metrics to guide decisions, prioritize effectively, and optimize outcomes.
- Comfort working in fast-paced, innovative, and entrepreneurial environments.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to build alignment across stakeholders at all levels.
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and a mindset of continuous improvement.
- Solid understanding of AI and GenAI fundamentals with proven experience using GenAI tools and building or working with AI agents for problem-solving user experiences and automating workflows.
- Proficiency in written and spoken English.
