As a Salesforce Administrator for our team in Picus, you will play a critical role in our journey of uplifting our CRM beyond a fundamental data management tool towards a strategic asset that drives our business forward. Your core mission is to enhance and optimize our Salesforce platform, making it serve as a robust tool for driving revenue, improving efficiency and delivering exceptional user experience. This role is about crafting and owning agile systems and micro processes that boost productivity and streamline operations across the organization.

In this role, you will engage with various teams around the globe, develop strategic concepts and embed them into the daily needs of sales, marketing, revenue operations, data analytics and customer operations teams as practical responses, ensuring seamless integration and maximum efficiency in the relevant operations.


What You'll Do

    • Develop, customize, maintain and document Salesforce objects, fields, page layouts and workflows to align with business needs and drive positive user experience
    • Oversee data accuracy, relevancy and accessibility to ensure accurate, up-to-date and reliable data for decision-making and performance management purposes
    • Create and maintain evergreen reports and dashboards that provide actionable insights for the internal stakeholders
    • Design and implement automations using tools such as Process Builder and/or Flow Builder to streamline business processes
    • Provide support and training to internal users, troubleshooting issues and responding to the requests from the field teams while ensuring optimal use of the platform and business continuity
    • Ensure well-configured integrations between Salesforce and other business systems / third-party business applications
    • Manage user accounts, roles, profiles and related permissions to maintain compliance with the access policy and data security across the platform
    • Proactively monitor and improve the Salesforce environment in line with the evolving business needs

What You Have

    • 3+ years of experience as a Salesforce Administrator or in an equivalent role in a B2B software organization
    • Salesforce Certified Administrator Certification. Having additional relevant certifications is a plus
    • Proficiency in Salesforce configuration, data management and automation enablers
    • Proven track record of process development and implementation around Salesforce
    • Exceptional problem-solving and analytical skills, with an eye for detail, a system-oriented proactive mindset for improved outcomes and commitment to quality
    • Excellent communication skills with the ability to work effectively in a cross-functional setting and proficiency in English
    • Ability to manage multiple projects and stakeholder expectations simultaneously in a fast-paced environment
