About The Role
Picus is seeking a talented Graphic Designer to join our creative team. As a Graphic Designer, you will play a crucial role in enhancing our brand presence and consistency through visually compelling and engaging designs across various platforms, including social media, website, and other marketing materials. The ideal candidate should have a strong skill set in visual design, typography, social media graphics, and landing page design.
What You'll Do
- Use your passion for design to understand our brand and raise our profile through your creative design work
- Create captivating visual content for digital and print platforms including all marketing assets, social media visuals, presentations, and documents
- Design and modify landing pages as requested, maintaining a user-friendly and aesthetically pleasing online presence
- Develop and create new ideas/concepts for digital assets based on brand, product, and other big announcements
- Collaborate with the senior designer to integrate design guidelines and maintain brand consistency
- Have the opportunity to lead projects involving necessary stakeholders and provide high-quality output
- Adapt quickly to changes and efficiently produce high-quality design work within tight deadlines
- Have a keen eye for typography, spacing, and overall design aesthetics
- Work in a fast-paced environment, ensuring accuracy and precision in all design deliverables
- Meticulously archive all related designs and documents
What You Have
- Excellent communication skills in English and ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams while working globally (Interviews will be conducted in English)
- Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design or related field
- 2-4 years of professional experience in graphic design
- Proficiency in design tools: Figma, Adobe Illustrator and Adobe Photoshop.
- Proficiency in Adobe After Effects is a plus
- Understanding of web layout and optimization techniques
- Eagerness to learn and adapt to evolving design trends, tools, and techniques
- Detail-oriented approach to design with a keen visual eye for aesthetics
- Effective time management skills and the ability to meet deadlines
- Ability to accept and incorporate feedback
- Web Design and Video/Animation knowledge is desirable
- A design portfolio showcasing your work, creativity, and expertise in design is required
