As our Field Marketing Manager, you’ll play a key role in driving demand generation, pipeline creation, and brand presence across global regions excluding US & LATAM. This is an individual contributor role with full ownership and accountability across the end-to-end field marketing process, from strategy design to on-site execution and post-event analysis.
You will manage and execute programs that elevate Picus’ visibility at major industry events and through targeted regional initiatives. You’ll work closely with Sales, Channel, and Marketing teams to align field activities with global go-to-market priorities and deliver measurable pipeline impact.
Picus is headquartered in Ankara, with a regional office in Istanbul, but our team is remote across Türkiye. Please note that all CVs must be submitted in English.
What You'll Do
- Build, execute, and optimize regional field marketing programs that drive awareness, engagement, and qualified pipeline.
- Own the full event lifecycle from sponsorship selection, vendor coordination, and shipment tracking to booth management, production timelines, on-site logistics, and post-event reporting.
- Closely collaborate with Sales, Channel, and Marketing teams to ensure strategic alignment and consistent customer engagement before, during, and after events.
- Lead post-event debriefs and track performance metrics to continuously improve ROI and process efficiency.
- Manage budgets and vendor relationships, ensuring maximum value and quality of execution.
- Partner with channel organizations to support reseller and joint-marketing programs.
- Coordinate campaign follow-ups with SDR and Growth teams to ensure timely lead engagement and pipeline progression.
- Act as the point of contact for all operational and logistical field marketing tasks, ensuring no detail is missed and deadlines are met.
What You Have
- 7+ years of experience in field or event marketing, preferably within B2B technology or cybersecurity.
- Proven experience managing end-to-end event operations from contracts and production to on-site execution and reporting.
- Demonstrated ability to balance strategic thinking with a hands-on, detail-oriented approach.
- Excellent organizational and project management skills, with a strong sense of ownership and accountability for results.
- Flexibility and adaptability to thrive in a fast-paced, startup-style environment.
- Collaborative mindset and strong communication skills for working across time zones and departments.
- Analytical approach with the ability to measure and report marketing performance and ROI.
- Experience using CRM platforms (Salesforce, HubSpot, etc.) for campaign tracking, lead management, and reporting is a strong plus.
- A proactive, can-do attitude, comfortable rolling up your sleeves to deliver quality in every operational detail.
