    • Build and manage relationships with regional partners and associations to amplify reach.
    • Track, analyze, and report on campaign performance, pipeline influence, and ROI.
    • Work closely with Sales, SC, BDRs, and Revenue Operations to ensure tight alignment and feedback loops.
    • Be the voice of the customer in DACH, bringing insights back to the central marketing team to refine our messaging and positioning.
    • Localize and execute ABM campaigns, working closely with sales to identify target accounts and opportunities.

Who you are:

    • 3 + years experience within field marketing in a B2B SaaS environment.
    • Experience of marketing in the DACH region.
    • Fluent in German and English, both written and spoken.
    • Proven experience running regional marketing programs that drive pipeline and bookings.
    • Strong project management and event planning skills.
    • Experience working with Partners and building scalable Partner marketing programs.
    • Familiarity with ABM, digital marketing tools, and CRM platforms (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce).
