In less than 5 years, Pigment has grown to over 380 employees across offices in New York, Toronto, London & Paris and attracted a total of $393M in investment from some of the top Venture Capital firms globally.

We serve companies including Unilever, Deliveroo, Gong and Brex to name a few!

Mission

This role will be the lynchpin on our ability to scale our Partner Motion. Thus far, the Partnerships org has had amazing support from our Professional Services counterparts in ramping partners. While they will continue to ramp new Partners, we need the Partnerships Org (i.e. this role) to take the lead in building the right operational and governance frameworks to ensure our Partners, with the support of the resources we provide them, can drive equal (or better) Customer outcomes from their investment in Pigment.

Who Are You?

This role is at the junction of technical expertise, operational skills & relationship building. You can justify an impactful experience of delivering projects in a similar environment as Pigment: business modeling technology where success depends on end user adoption (a non technical crowd).

You can demonstrate great relationship building, across a variety of stakeholders and a clear capacity to enable and empower others.

The role will report into the Global Head of Partnerships, with dotted line to regional Professional Services lead, and will have a counterpart in another region (US/EMEA).

Outcomes

Enablement - Ensure partners are 100% compliant with our Enablement Program & requirements (e.g. resources are SC certified before demoing on opps, have completed required pre-requisites before being staffed on a project, are only putting Pigment certified resources on Pigment projects they prime, etc.).

Program Compliance - Accountable for ensuring partners comply with our requirements at the various stages of their ramp-up journey with Pigment.

Risk Identification - Meet with each partner who has active projects twice a month to ensure their project status inputs & time entry is up-to-date, and prompt questions around where you foresee risk in their in-flight engagements.

Risk Mitigation - After triangulating and identifying at-risk Partner Led engagements, work with the Partner/Customer to triage the risk, pulling in cross-functional counterparts (e.g. Professional Services, Customer Success, Product, PAMs, etc) as appropriate to successfully triage the issue.

Scaling - Ensure Customers are completing Partner go-live surveys, we are promptly addressing and collaboratively working through Partner Delivery and/or Compliance challenges, and working with our Partners to ensure they can successfully scale their Pigment practices in a financially feasible manner.

Key Responsibilities

Partner SOWs & Time Tracking Setup - Partner SOW (When partner subcontractors) creation/execution (inc. SFDC opportunities), Time Tracking app access.

Delivery Ramp Process Compliance - Ensuring partner adherence to delivery ramp process (E.g. scoping ROE, SOWs/clawback when we have to invest due to partner mis-execution, etc.).

Accuracy of Partner Led Project Status - Ensuring Partner Compliance with Project Delivery Status for Partner led projects (i.e. co-contract, partner prime, partner prime w/pigment subcontractors).

Proactively Identify Risks in Partner Led Projects - Reviewing Partner led projects tracker for risk: go-live date slippage, performance risks, customer/partner sentiment, etc.

Partner POC for all things deployment (when no SA involved) - First POC for triaging issues on partner led deployments.

Feedback Loop to Partner Enablement - Key input for Partner Enablement on partner delivery challenge patterns, product gaps/workarounds, etc.
