What You’ll Do

As part of the Success Advisory team at Pigment, you’ll work closely with our strategic clients, sharing best practices and help achieving highly ambitious results. We are looking for seasoned architects who excel in client-facing roles, demonstrating quick thinking and the ability to transform challenging customer situations into positive experiences. Whether engaging with a client CFO in the boardroom, introducing multi-dimensionality concepts to new team members, or collaborating with a client administrator, they consistently deliver exceptional service. They must be effective technically, both as communicators and doers. They must be capable of managing and maintaining a client relationship, while meticulously overseeing the technical aspects of their accounts.

Who You Are

    • 7+ years of experience in a customer facing technical role
    • Comfort and confidence in client-facing interactions, whether with client admins or C-Levels
    • Ability to quickly identify a technical challenge and articulate solutions to clients
    • Strong EPM Modeling experience
    • Proven ability to adapt and lead multiple projects (both internal and client-facing) simultaneously
    • Experience with Finance Processes or other use cases (such as supply chain, SPM, Workforce)
    • Experience in data analysis, data flows & connectionsFluent in English and an additional language is a advantage

Responsibilities

    • Align with Customer Success teams on client’s roadmap and challenges
    • Be the trusted advisor to our most strategic clients regarding technical topics, ranging from performance best practices to Pigment multi dimensionality concepts
    • Deploy our Success Plan offering on time and make sure the value is perceived
    • Provide high-value coaching, technical guidance and recommendations to our clients
    • Run Audit on our client workspacesRun Private or grouped training sessions on all topics related to Pigment
    • Enrich and maintain our Success Plan offering to make it best-in-class in the industry
    • Collaborate with Product & R&D to identify product enhancement

$150,000 - $180,000 a year
