Are you ready to lead initiatives that redefine workplace culture? As our Global Workplace Experience & Events Manager at Pigment, you’ll be at the heart of crafting exceptional employee experiences while ensuring seamless office operations across multiple locations.

This role will report to our outstanding People Team, led by the Head of People, Albane Bressolle-Chataigne. 
You will specifically report to Missy Strong, the Head of Employee Experience, who joined Pigment in May 2024 as part of the People Team. She is responsible for leading initiatives that enhance employee engagement and experience, utilizing her expertise in creating collaborative and impactful learning environments.

    • Office Management & Workplace Experience

    • Oversee global office operations to ensure smooth logistics for events, meals, and workspace management.
    •  Collaborate with cross-functional teams on projects related to workspace design, branding, and functionality.
    •  Supervise part-time office managers across different regions to ensure consistent standards for an excellent employee experience.
    • Monitor budgets closely and provide quarterly updates to maintain financial alignment.

    • Event Animation & Management

    •  Lead, manage, and propose regular activities and events that enhance Pigment's culture.  
    •  Organize and coordinate key office moments, including after-work gatherings, celebrations, and the onboarding of new employees.  
    •  Manage logistics for significant events and celebrations, ensuring that all employees feel connected and valued.  
    • Collaborate with event agencies to organize Pigment's Global Offsite, keeping employees informed and engaged.  
    •  Collect employee feedback after each event or activity to ensure continuous improvement in our cultural agenda and to promote high levels of participation and engagement.  
    • Maintain regular communication with the Leadership team.

Who You Are:

    • You have significant experience in Office/Facilities Management within a fast paced environment.  
    • You have a strong record of organizing global, engaging and memorable events that leave lasting memories.
    • You have worked in a very fast-paced environment with global offices, and you know how to navigate through diverse cultures and local specificities. Regular travel to oue various offices is expected.
    • You are accustomed to working cross-functionally and maintaining daily communication with the Leadership team.
    • You are highly organized, resilient and a self-starter; capable of managing multiple projects simultaneously and prioritizing tasks effectively.
    • Your communication skills, both verbal and written, are excellent, allowing you to convey information clearly while collaborating with various stakeholders. You are fluent in both French and English.
