What You'll Do:

As the Marketing Operations Manager, you will oversee the optimization, delivery and tracking of all lead-generation marketing and assets across digital, display and experiential campaigns. Collaborating with Marketing, Sales & other Senior Leaders, you’ll help build strategy & ensure campaign success & velocity in each stage of the lead funnel.

Additional Responsibilities:

    • Work closely with other departments, such as Sales, Growth, Data, and Customer Success to ensure that marketing campaigns are aligned with overall business goals and help to share data & insights across the organization
    • Provide ongoing review of Pigment's marketing systems and reporting tools to ensure performance metrics are updated and accurate
    • Handle coordination of online campaign launches by ensuring tracking is in place, the campaign is communicated to all stakeholders and all pieces of the process are delivered on time & accurately
    • Consolidate data from a variety of sources including website traffic, social media engagement and campaigns. Design best in class data infrastructure to report on marketing performance

Minimum Qualifications:

    • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience
    • 3 years of experience in a marketing operations or analytics role within SaaS, Tech, Media, Financial Services or Management Consulting industries

Preferred Qualifications:

    • Knowledge of B2B sales and marketing technologies including Salesforce and HubSpot. 
    • You have a track record of automating and building sustainable solutions to time-consuming, repetitive tasks.
    • You are a resourceful and creative problem-solver with strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
    • Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and ability to thrive in ambiguity.

$110,000 - $140,000 a year
