This role is critical to the success of achieving our growth objectives in North America. You will be working closely with sales and our global marketing team defining in-person experiences, virtual events and webinars, and targeted account campaigns that will help us drive marketing awareness, new pipeline, and accelerate existing opportunities to close. You will bring your knowledge and past experience in market segmentation, best practices of event planning and execution, and account-based strategies to help us differentiate us in the market and build momentum

What you will do

    • Build regional and segment marketing plans with events and campaigns to achieve our company goals, in collaboration with sales and global marketing teams.
    • Plan and execute in-person and virtual third party, Pigment-owned, and industry events that help us stand out, build community, create awareness, drive new pipeline, and accelerate opportunities. 
    • Manage execution of all aspects of events: venue sourcing, vendor relations and contracting, audience acquisition planning, speaker sourcing, event messaging, content development, internal and speaker communications, promotional plans, social and paid media, on-site support, budget management, post-event follow-up, etc. Build email sequences for pre- and post-events prospect nurturing.
    • Responsible for coming up with sales plays, spiffs and blitzes, and multi-channel account-based 1:1 and 1:few campaigns to drive results across multiple segments. Research specific industry sectors, organizations and personas to produce targeted materials and messaging, including customized collateral to support the sales teams across the entire sales cycle.
    • Participate in the development of events planning, management and attribution processes, playbooks, and templates. 
    • Own events pipeline results. Forecast, measure and analyze the impact of events and programs; produce weekly and monthly reports to demonstrate campaign progress and region success. Prepare and participate in quarterly business reviews.  

Minimum Requirements

    • Bachelor's Degree required
    • 5 years of experience as a Field Marketing professional in a B2B tech SaaS company and proven results of creating and influencing sales pipeline. Previous experience in running a wide range of events and creating in-person and virtual experiences for prospects and customers. 

Preferred Qualifications

    • Master's Degree or equivalent practical experience
    • Highly organized, strong project management, multi-tasking and prioritization skills. Previous experience with budget management.
    • Experience in marketing to enterprise size organizations and creating targeted programs and tailored account-based marketing campaigns. 
    • Creative and curious, coupled with a “can do” attitude, looking for new innovative ways to differentiate and up the performance of events and campaigns using modern marketing approaches and tools. 
    • Works well with agencies and partners to deliver outstanding and creative marketing execution
    • Experience meeting multiple objectives in an entrepreneurial environment with little supervision

    • Salary: $140,000 - $170,000
