What you'll do:

    • Collaborate with the Global Head of Partnerships by providing input into Global Programs, Standards, and partner processes
    • Design, Build, Operate, and Lead: Lead the EMEA Partnerships organization, including execution across all key motions (Referral, Consulting - Regional/Boutique, Consulting - GSI, PE Partnerships Execution, Tech Partnership execution, etc.) to ensure the EMEA Partnerships organization exceeds all KPIs to drive a massively impactful business!
    • Senior-level Sponsorship: Establish and nurture senior-level sponsorships for Pigment's solution and vision within key System Integrators (SIs) at both regional and global levels.
    • Effective Enablement: Guarantee effective enablement, sales support, training, and governance of SIs, making sure they are equipped to deliver excellence.
    • Business Transformation Advocate: Showcase the diverse use cases where Pigment can drive business transformation across various industries
    • Team Leadership: Your leadership style should inspire creativity, encourage teamwork, and promote an environment where each team member's unique strengths contribute to our collective success.
    • Strategic GTM Plans: Collaborate in co-creating detailed Go-To-Market plans that align with both company growth and partner objectives, ensuring mutual success.
    • Cross-functional Collaboration: Work seamlessly with internal stakeholders across sales, presales, marketing, legal, customer success, professional services, and sales operations to develop and maintain robust partner programs.

Who you are:

    • A Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience, Masters/MBA preferable
    • Proven Leadership: Experience in leading EMEA Consulting Partner or wider Partner organization for a major SaaS company
    • Industry Exposure Ideal: Prior exposure to Enterprise Performance Management (EPM), Business Intelligence (BI), Data Analytics, or office of the CFO solutions is preferred.
    • Growth Mindset: Previous experience in a scale-up or growth environment, with the ability to evangelize Pigment's solution and identify the right partner profiles for strategic collaboration.
    • Hands-on Impact: A hands-on approach with a relentless focus on creating tangible and meaningful impact.
