As an IT Ops Technician Support , you will be a key player in delivering a smooth and reliable IT experience for all employees — and act as a visible representative of the IT team. Working in a modern, cloud-first environment, you'll support day-to-day IT operations, onboarding, AV systems, and internal tools.

You will report to the Head of IT and collaborate closely with two teammates specialized in Infrastructure and Systems. This role is ideal for someone hands-on, service-oriented, and eager to grow in a dynamic, international environment.

This position is a great opportunity to develop your skills in IT operations and user support, while also discovering system administration through hands-on experience with our ticketing and MDM tools. It's an ideal role for someone who wants to grow in a fast-paced, international environment, with exposure to a wide range of technologies and challenges.

What You’ll Do

    • Level 1 Support: Troubleshoot and resolve IT issues (laptops, SaaS tools, A/V equipment) both in person and remotely. Escalate complex cases when needed.
    • Onboarding: Ensure a great onboarding experience by preparing laptops, creating accounts, and assisting new hires on their first day.
    • Offboarding: Follow internal procedures to securely and properly offboard employees.
    • Ticketing & Inventory: Handle support requests via Freshservice, keep documentation up to date, ensure accurate asset and stocks inventory, and help improve tracking processes.
    • AV Support: Provide support for AV equipment in meeting rooms and shared spaces, including Zoom Rooms.
    • Documentation: Write and maintain clear, user-friendly IT guides and internal procedures.
    • IT Operations: Assist with MDM tasks (e.g., JumpCloud), support Freshservice administration, and contribute to small IT improvement projects (e.g., AI in support).
    • Continuous Improvement: Suggest and test new ideas to enhance tools, processes, and the user experience.

Your Profile

    • 1–2 years of experience in IT support, including internships, ideally in a fast-paced and international environment.
    • Comfortable with modern SaaS tools such as Google Workspace, Slack, Zoom, and JumpCloud.
    • Confident supporting macOS and Windows; Linux is a plus.
    • You understand the importance of strict security policies and follow high security standards in all your work.
    • Familiar with Freshservice; scripting or automation knowledge is a strong plus.
    • Fluent in English; professional proficiency in French. Other languages are a bonus.
    • You are a clear communicator with strong listening skills and a positive, service-driven mindset.
    • You know how to prioritize, stay organized, work independently, and solve problems effectively.
    • You’re eager to learn and happy to propose new ideas that improve how things are done.
