PingCAP is continuing to build an innovative finance team that is helping the business scale. We are looking for a Finance Manager to join the team. As a key member on a lean team, you will be responsible for creating the structure, process, and reporting for the team to expand our partnership with various business functions. You will play a critical role in providing valuable business insights to drive decision-making. In addition, you will own P&L forecasting for APAC and Japan business and the monthly close partnership with accounting.

You must have exceptional financial, analytical and organizational skills and be comfortable juggling multiple tasks while meeting tight deadlines. At the same time, you are a top performer in a fast-paced environment and possess the creativity to constantly improve your area of responsibility.

Responsibilities

1, Partner with Sales and Engineering Leadership to help set the strategic direction for the business

2 ,Lead financial reporting, forecast,ing and planning processes for APAC and Japan business 

3 ,Support management financial reporting including Board decks, annual budget, and monthly and quarterly business reviews

4 ,Ownership of non-financial reporting, including company dashboards and KPI trend analysis

5 ,Strong partnership collaboration with Accounting and Tax to ensure timely and accurate financial reporting

6 ,Ensure the use of appropriate tools and skills to create visually impactful slides for executive and Board-level presentations

7 ,Implement and improve systems and processes to increase productivity and accuracy of the FP&A team

8 ,Manage frequent ad hoc projects to support management and business decisions

Desired Qualifications, Skills And Experience

1,8-10 years of finance FP&A experience in Sales finance, BU finance and/or Corporate FP&A, ideally in a fast-growing SAAS company

2,Excellent financial modeling, analytical, problem solving and system skills

3, Experience managing the financial planning process across a company

4, Ability to manage multiple tasks in a deadline-driven environment while maintaining a high level of precision

5 ,Excellent verbal and written communication skills, ability to translate financial analytics into clear and insightful recommendations, and to tell the story beyond the numbers

6, Proven ability to collaborate cross-functionally

7, Strong business partnering skills

8, Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Economics, or equivalent. MBA preferred
