About the Role:
PingCAP is seeking an experienced Business Enabling & Operation Specialist to join our dynamic and growing team. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role, preferably within the tech industry.

Responsibilities:
1. Assist the sales team to streamline sales processes and boost productivity
2. Develop and execute sales/presales compensation plans that align with company goals and ensure fair and motivating compensation
3. Generate and manage sales reports to analyze sales performance, forecast, and trends
4. Maintain the CRM system, ensuring all data is accurate and up to date
5. Support in training and onboarding new sales representatives
6. Plan, organize, and execute community activities
7. Maintain a continuous connection with community members through regular communication, ensuring their queries, issues, and suggestions are promptly addressed

Qualifications:
1. Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration or related field.
2. 3+ years' experience in sales operations or community operations
3. Knowledge of CRM software (Salesforce preferred)
4. Excellent communication, organizational, and multitasking skills.
5. Strong analytical abilities and problem-solving skills
6. Fluent in both Japanese and Chinese
