Required Education: Bachelor’s degree in cybersecurity, computer science, information system engineering, or related technical discipline in cybersecurity or information technology, or the equivalent combination of education, technical certifications, training and work experience
Required Experience: 5+ Years of combined experience

Description

The successful candidate will work as a Systems Administrator supporting E-Discovery/Records Management on the CITS contract for USCENTCOM. They will perform regular maintenance of Windows servers, including patching and remediation. The current toolset, aside from the OS, that the position will utilize includes Content Manager, Control Point, and Active Navigation.
Primary Responsibilities:
· troubleshooting issues within the e-discovery suite, as well as the operating system and patching
· Play a crucial role in the certificate lifecycle management processes for web servers and secure communication channels
· Possess a strong background in troubleshooting and resolving issues related to server performance, security, and availability
· Enforce compliance with all applicable security policies, regulations, and best practices
· Able to collaborate with other IT teams to design and implement infrastructure solutions that align with command requirements is both expected and required
· Building, deploying, and maintaining the E-Discovery application suite (Content Manager/Control Point/Active Navigation)
· Tuning system performance and maintaining system documentation
· Installing proprietary software/implementing critical system patches
· Troubleshooting, diagnosing, and remediating a variety of systems issues which may not have previously documented solutions
· Collaborating with other enterprise IT teams to address operational requirements
· Producing various datasets and informational packets to management to support ongoing efforts for process improvements

Required Qualifications

· Top Secret w/SCI Eligibility
· A+ or Certified Network Defender (CND) or Network+ or Security+
· Bachelor’s degree in cybersecurity computer science, information system engineering, or related technical discipline in cybersecurity or information technology, or the equivalent combination of education, technical certifications, training and work experience
· 5+ Years of combined experience

Highly Desired Qualifications/Experience

· Knowledge of Windows OS, VMware, Dell Isilon, McAfee security suite, Content Manager, Control Point, and Active Navigation. Not required but a plus if you possess any/all of skillsets
· Past CENTCOM/SOCOM IT support
