PingWind is currently seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior SharePoint Developer who specializes in integrating the MS Power Apps platform with SharePoint Online. This role involves providing advanced front-end web development services, implementing the full range of the Software Development Life Cycle within the SharePoint environment, and contributing to workflow automation.

Responsibilities

· Implement the complete Software Development Life Cycle for SharePoint application development, including requirements gathering, analysis, design, implementation, testing, deployment, and maintenance.
· Develop client-side and provider-hosted web applications within the SharePoint environment.
· Create and maintain comprehensive technical and non-technical documentation for all developed solutions.
· Design, develop, test, implement, and maintain workflows to automate steps and notification actions for business processes.
· Integrate automated workflows within the SharePoint environment.
· Utilize tools like Nintex Workflow, SharePoint Designer, and Microsoft Power Automate for workflow creation and management.
· Contribute to future development and growth through the application of client-side development best practices, frameworks, and new technologies.
· Incorporate graphic design principles and stay abreast of industry trends within the SharePoint environment.
· Leverage industry best processes and practices to reduce cost, schedule, and performance risks.

Requirements

· Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
· Secret security clearance
· Minimum of 5 years of experience in SharePoint development, including front-end and client-side development.
· Proven experience in integrating MS Power Apps with SharePoint Online.
· Proficiency in SharePoint objects utilizing CSOM, JSOM, and REST APIs.
· Expertise in client-side development using JavaScript, jQuery, HTML, CSS, SharePoint Web Services, AJAX, SPFx, Node.js, etc.
· Proficiency in using IDEs for SharePoint customizations, especially Microsoft Power Platform and SPFx.
· Knowledgeable in XML, XSL, XSLT, CAML in SharePoint platforms.

Required Certifications

o Security+ CE
· Must be able to obtain:
o PL-400: Microsoft Power Platform Developer
o PL-600: Microsoft Power Platform Solution Architect Expert
o PL-500: Microsoft Power Automate RPA Developer
o PL-900 Microsoft Power Platform Fundamentals
· Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
· Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

· Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
· Excellent communication and collaboration abilities, crucial for working with various stakeholders.
· Ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
· Knowledge of best practices in security, performance, and scalability for SharePoint deployments.
· Project management skills, including experience with Agile methodologies.
