Technical Program Manager
Location: Redstone Arsenal, Huntsville, AL
Required Clearance: Secret

PingWind is seeking an experienced Technical Program Manager who is not only adept in program management but also possesses the skills of a SharePoint Architect. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in leading large-scale technology programs, with a specific focus on integrating Microsoft Power Apps platform with SharePoint Online. This role requires a unique blend of technical expertise, strategic thinking, and leadership skills to drive successful program outcomes.

Responsibilities

· Lead and manage the integration of MS Power Apps platform with SharePoint Online, ensuring seamless deployment and operation.
· Develop and execute program plans, including scope, schedule, resources, and risk management.
· Collaborate with cross-functional teams including IT, software development, and business units to deliver effective technology solutions.
· Define and maintain enterprise architecture standards and best practices, particularly related to Power Apps and SharePoint Online.
· Provide architectural guidance and direction throughout the project lifecycle.
· Facilitate communication and collaboration among project stakeholders to ensure alignment and successful delivery of program objectives.
· Track and report on program progress, including milestones, deliverables, and budget.
· Identify and mitigate potential risks and issues impacting the program.
· Stay current with emerging trends in enterprise architecture and Microsoft technologies.

Requirements

· Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
· Secret security clearance
· 7+ years of experience in program management within a technology environment.
· Extensive experience in SharePoint architecture, design, and deployment.
· Proven track record in designing and implementing complex SharePoint solutions in large organizations.
· Experience with SharePoint upgrades and migrations.
· Familiarity with SharePoint Online and Office 365 integration.
· Strong knowledge of Microsoft technologies, cloud services, and software development life cycles.
· Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.

Required Certifications

o PMP
o Security+ CE
o PL-400: Microsoft Power Platform Developer
o PL-600: Microsoft Power Platform Solution Architect Expert
o PL-500: Microsoft Power Automate RPA Developer
· Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

· Excellent communication and collaboration abilities, crucial for working with various stakeholders.
· Ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
· Knowledge of best practices in security, performance, and scalability for SharePoint deployments.
