PingWind is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Cybersecurity Program Manager to join our dynamic team. As a Cybersecurity Program Manager, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing and managing cybersecurity initiatives within our organization. You will be responsible for leading a team of cybersecurity engineers, coordinating their efforts, and ensuring the successful execution of projects aimed at safeguarding our digital assets and infrastructure.

Location: Fort Sam Houston, TX (Local Remote)
Required Clearance: Secret
Required Education: Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent.
Required Experience: Ten+ (10+) years of relevant experience.

Responsibilities

· Develop and implement strategic plans for cybersecurity initiatives in alignment with organizational goals and industry best practices.
· Lead the planning, execution, and monitoring of cybersecurity projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and meet quality standards.
· Identify potential cybersecurity risks and vulnerabilities within the organization's systems and develop mitigation strategies to address them.
· Develop and maintain incident response plans and procedures to effectively respond to and mitigate cybersecurity incidents.
· Manage relationships with third-party vendors and service providers to ensure the security of outsourced systems and services.
· Extensive knowledge of policies/directives/regulatory guidance in the Cybersecurity field.
· Cloud technologies such as enterprise cloud computing (EC2) instances, Simple Service Storage, containers.

Requirements

· Minimum of five (10) years RMF experience in a complex network and systems environment consisting of a large diverse population of users, computers, applications, and technologies.
· RMF understanding and knowledge of many of the following technologies:
· Event logging and analysis for a Defensive Cyber Infrastructure
· Cloud Computing Environments and service providers (e.g., Amazon Web Services, Azure) coupled with authorization processes.
· Overarching Cyber Forensic analytics capabilities
· DoD Public Key Infrastructure for the commercial environment
· Hardware devices such as servers, desktops, laptops (Windows, Apple, Android)

Required Qualifications

· ISC2 CISSP or Equivalent
· Ten plus years’ experience with DOD or Army hardware/software and applications development, installation, maintenance, operation, and testing efforts.
· Ten plus years’ experience in monitoring, testing, troubleshooting, and performing corrective actions for Cybersecurity IT systems.
· Experience with Risk Management Framework, vulnerability assessments, Information Assurance Vulnerability
