Required Education: Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related IT field.
Required Experience: 3–5+ years of professional experience developing and maintaining SharePoint environments in a federal, military, or enterprise setting.

Position Description

PingWind is seeking an experienced SharePoint Developer to support Army and Department of Defense (DoD) collaboration, content management, and workflow automation needs. The ideal candidate will design, develop, deploy, and maintain customized SharePoint solutions in support of mission-critical functions, knowledge management, and operational workflows for Army units or program offices.

Primary Responsibilities

Typical Responsibilities/Tasks:

• Design and develop custom SharePoint solutions (web parts, site templates, lists, forms, and workflows) using SharePoint Online, SharePoint 2016/2019, or M365.
• Develop custom solutions using Power Automate, Power Apps, Power BI, and SharePoint Framework (SPFx).
• Create and manage document libraries, permissions structures, and metadata for content lifecycle and access control.
• Automate business processes and data integration using Nintex, PowerShell, or REST/Graph APIs.
• Collaborate with users and stakeholders to gather requirements, conduct UAT, and ensure system usability and mission alignment.
• Provide technical documentation, SOPs, and user training for SharePoint sites and tools.
• Maintain security compliance with DoD cybersecurity policies, RMF, DISA STIGs, and IAVA patching.
• Troubleshoot and resolve performance issues, broken workflows, or content access problems.
• Integrate SharePoint with other DoD systems and platforms such as Army 365, MilSuite, or Teams.


Desired Qualifications

• Experience supporting Army-specific environments like Army 365, milConnect, TRADOC portals, or PEO KM tools.
• Familiarity with Section 508 compliance, information assurance, and CAC-enabled authentication.
