Description
PingWind is seeking a qualified Healthcare Operations Access Specialist to support the Department of Veterans Affairs (VA). This role will support the adoption of operational processes to meet patient needs
Responsibilities
The ideal candidate will have experience in healthcare operations and technical solutions, with strong communication skills.
· Analyze and optimize healthcare operational processes and patient access pathways
· Improve efficiency and care delivery.
· Ensure all solutions comply with regulatory requirements.
· Ensure all solutions align with industry best practices for operational excellence.
Requirements
· Bachelor's degree.
· Experience developing and implementing strategies for complex initiatives.
· Experience developing technical requirements.
· Strong facilitation and presentation skills.
· Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
· Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
· Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and organized.
· U.S. Citizenship; Ability to obtain Public Trust clearance.
Preferred Qualifications
· VA or similar government organization experience.
