Description: PingWind is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Software Developer to join our dynamic team. As a Software Developer is responsible for assisting in the design, coding, testing, and maintenance of software applications.

Location:  Fort Knox centric (REMOTE) 
Required Clearance: TS
Required Education: Bachelor’ s Degree in relevant field.
Required Experience: Three+ (3+) years of relevant experience.

Responsibilities:
·        Experience in developing computer software code.
·        Experience in a variety of software programming languages.
·        Experience in designing, testing, debugging and documenting software.
·        Knowledge of programming languages relevant to the organization's tech stack.
·        Create and maintain documentation related to software development, including code comments, technical specifications, and user manuals.
·        Identify and address software defects and issues, collaborating with the team to implement corrective measures.
·        Stay informed about emerging technologies and industry best practices, actively seeking opportunities for skill development.
·        Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
Good communication and collaboration abilities
Requirements
·        Eagerness to learn and adapt to new technologies.
·        Understanding of basic software development concepts and practices.
·        Write, test, and debug code for software applications, following established coding standards.
·        Work closely with senior developers and other team members to understand project requirements and contribute to the development process.
·        Assist in analyzing software requirements and developing solutions to address identified needs.
·        Conduct unit testing and support the testing of software applications to ensure quality and reliability.
·        Participate in code reviews to gain insights into best practices and improve coding skills.
·        Utilize version control systems to manage code changes and collaborate effectively with team members.
·        Follow established coding and development standards to maintain code consistency and quality.
 
Preferred Qualifications: Master’s Degree in relevant field
