 PingWind is looking for a hands-on leader with demonstrated success developing and implementing strategic marketing and communications plans that drive business goals, a common culture, stakeholder engagement and positive brand recognition for IT services in the B2G environment.
 
·        Responsibilities:

o   Collaborate with internal teams such as Sales, Operations, and Delivery to lead corporate public relations and marketing
o   Promoting PingWind’s brand as a government contractor, both internally and externally
o   Lead the strategic direction, planning and execution for corporate internal and external communications initiatives to influence positive brand recognition, engage stakeholders, increase visibility and create market demand within the federal market.
o   Develop and implement the overall strategy for communications, marketing and branding to help drive business goals, a common culture, and positive brand recognition.
o   Lead, develop and execute sector-level internal communications strategy, including employee engagement, executive support and organizational change management.
o   Work with the Growth Team to support messaging, positioning and integrated communication strategies for engaging key stakeholders in the civil, defense, healthcare, homeland security and intelligence markets.

·        Qualifications:

o   Bachelor’s degree in communications, Public Relations, Marketing, or related field
o   Experience with: Communications, Marketing, Public and Government Affairs, and Crisis Management
o   6+ years of experience deploying marketing and communications principles, strategies, and production processes
o   Strong project management skills: ability to juggle multiple priorities, organize, and execute
o   Demonstrated experience managing communications and outreach channels such as social media, email, websites, and exhibit booths
o   In-depth knowledge of best writing and messaging practices for business correspondence, public relations, advertising, marketing copy, and social media; Experience reviewing and editing work products written by other team members
o   Experience developing content using existing brand and style guides in alignment with client and industry standards
o   Knowledge of email and social media management tools and software including data analytics
o   Direct experience collaborating heavily with senior leadership staff
