Pinkoi is seeking a dynamic and experienced Global Marketing VP / CRM Director to lead our global marketing efforts globally. The ideal candidate will possess a solid background in CRM, customer segmentation and profiling, combined with experience in international branding and performance marketing strategies.  You will play a crucial role in developing and implementing strategic marketing initiatives to drive customer loyalty and maximize customer lifetime value and business growth across multiple regions.

What you’ll be doing

    • Strategic Planning & Implementation: Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies and internal processes aligned with business goals globally (Taiwan & Hong Kong/Macau are essential).Identify market trends, competitor activities, and emerging opportunities to stay ahead in the e-commerce landscape.
    • CRM: Monitor, scrutinize and grow customer loyalty and lifetime value based on data analytics and insights.Lead and collaborate with cross-functional teams including regional marketing, business analytics, and engineering, to align CRM strategies with overall business objectives, own loyalty programs, implement tools & technologies for customer segmentation and profiling, and ensure a seamless customer journey.
    • Branding: Build the top-of-mind by leading and implementing brand strategies to ensure consistent and unique brand representation across customer touch points. Lead and execute global branding campaigns and initiatives.
    • Performance Marketing: Lead and execute performance marketing strategies such as paid advertising, SEO and content marketing. 
    • Leadership: Build and lead a high-performing marketing team with your guidance, mentorships, and support. Your management scope will include Global Performance Marketing and Global Integrated Marketing with around 10 report lines.

What We Expect about You

    • Proven experience of 5 years or above in managerial roles within the internet or e-Commerce industry.
    • Deep understanding of digital marketing trends, customer segmentation, and data-driven marketing approaches.
    • Knowledgeable about Pinkoi’s brand and market positioning.
    • Excellent communication skills in both Chinese (Traditional) and English.
    • Excellent leadership and team management skills with the ability to inspire and motivate cross-functional teams.
    • In-depth knowledge of digital marketing trends, tools, and analytics.

What would be a Plus

    • Bachelor's degree or above in Marketing or related field.  MBA or advanced degree holder.
    • Japanese skills will be an advantage.
    • Global market or MNC work experience.
    • Passionate EC Shopaholic.
    • Interest in exploring different E-commerce marketplaces and designing brands around Asia.
