PIP Managers play the critical role of leading our engagements. They are adaptable and comfortable working in business improvement, strategic sourcing, capital portfolio optimization and commercial due diligence in a genuinely broad range of clients and industries across the North America region. Leading a team of Senior Associates, Associates and/or Business Analysts you will ensure engagement delivery and collaboration, coaching and management of the client also. You won't be handing over your work, but will be in control of an end to end process.

·5+ years of experience leading improvement initiatives with a well-established consulting firm or working in the Operations team in different industries

Have outstanding logic and analytical skills as well as demonstrated capability to solve complex commercial problems.

Deep technical expertise and broad experiential knowledge in area of implementation

Strong interpersonal influencing and coaching skills to work with our client base to effect change and achieve desired outcomes

Bachelor's degree; MBA is preferred

5 years within a tier one strategy consulting firm

Exceptional problem-solving/quantification skills

Ability to travel up to 80%

Language skills such as Spanish or French a plus

Potential to work out of a different home location
