Our managers play the critical role of leading our engagements. They are adaptable and comfortable working in business improvement, capital portfolio optimization and commercial due diligence in a genuinely broad range of clients and industries across the North American region.
Leading a team of Senior Associates, Associates and Business Analysts, you will ensure engagement delivery and collaboration, as well as coaching and management of the client. You won't be handing over your work and will be in full control of an end-to-end process.

Key requirements to be successful in this role:
- Demonstrable experience of management in tier 1 consulting organisation
- Ideally with industry operational experience
- Passion for solving complex business problems and collaborating with client teams to achieve results
- Able and enthusiastic to travel and work with local client teams in urban and remote regions.
