We’re looking for a junior IT support engineer to support our internal customers and stakeholders in our Lisbon office, working in our IT Ops team. You should have a proficient level of application and endpoint support knowledge, and be able to use your initiative to develop and improve support procedures and processes. Your new adventure:

    • Improve and maintain endpoint security and access control solutions according to internal policies, procedures and technical guidelines
    • Improve and maintain technical solutions in global offices (while working from the office several days a week)
    • Support business users and stakeholders according to the global schedule
    • Execute defined tasks and procedures across a range of technologies
    • Work across the business on projects and programs that deliver value to our business stakeholders
    • Create new procedures and documents as part of the Global Business Systems Application Engineering Excellence program

Does this sound like you?

    • At least one year of experience in IT support is a plus
    • Knowledge of endpoint management and business applications
    • Experience working within processes to deliver defined support solutions
    • Level 1 support in troubleshooting support issues
    • Experience working as part of a team
    • Comfortable working with others within a support solution lifecycle
    • Experience working collaboratively with stakeholders across business functions to mitigate and resolve support issues
    • Basic-level proficiency with platforms such as Atlassian, Okta, Google Workspace, Jamf (or similar), Kace (or similar) and Slack
