We’re on the lookout for a Sales Team Lead to coordinate the sales team, supporting management, and ensuring sales quotas are reached.

Your new adventure:

    • Manages the sales team allocated regionally
    • Set and track sales targets for the team
    • Performs 1:1s, pipeline reviews and Huddles
    • Suggests and implements improvements in the sales administration process
    • Coordinates department projects to meet deadlines
    • Reports on sales metrics and suggest improvements
    • Prepares monthly, quarterly and annual sales forecasts to share with management
    • Researches and discovers methods to increase customer engagement
    • Ensures sales, finance, legal policies and procedures are met
    • Builds an open-communication environment for the team
    • Drives recruiting efforts

Does this sound like you?

    • At least 3 years of management experience in the field
    • A degree in a related field is a plus
    • Fluency in English
