We’re looking for a  junior account executive - Spanish speaker for our sales team to present Pipedrive as a leading solution for the CRM needs of our trial prospects. If you’re somebody who continually strives to exceed sales quotas, get in touch, we’d love to hear from you!  

Your new adventure:

    • Seeks to meet sales quota
    • Understands basic business concepts, structures, and processes
    • Conducts consultative conversations with in trial customers by asking key questions to understand their businesses and needs
    • Performs demonstrations to show the value of Pipedrive’s solutions
    • Contacts customers to follow-up and offer appropriate solutions to ensure that their needs have been correctly and effectively met
    • Searches for business opportunities and trends in a proactive manner, and effectively applies this knowledge in the job
    • Learns about Pipedrive to become a specialist in order to be able to provide the right fit solutions to solve customers’ problems
    • Creates loyal Pipedrive clients by performing outbound calls of prospective and current trial customers
    • Understands how to interact with team members, owning the appropriate tools for collective development
    • Track and document sales based conversations and activities in our internal Pipedrive system

    • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
    • Fluency in Spanish
    • You’re extremely well organized, with great attention to detail
    • You’re customer and results-oriented

    • Strong active listening and questioning abilities
    • A team player and problem solver with a competitive attitude
    • Competent negotiation skills and highly empathetic
