We're seeking a data analyst to provide insights necessary for planning, executing, and assessing customer initiatives aimed at business growth. You'll primarily support Sales Operations, Customer Support, and Customer Success departments within the Customer Data Intelligence cross-functional team.

    • Proficiency in organizing and analyzing data to derive meaningful insights
    • Thoroughness in data analysis and reporting to ensure the accuracy and reliability of insights
    • Proficient in working with relational databases
    • Drive analysis of segmented engagement models for a large and diverse customer base
    • Create clear and informative visuals and dashboards to present data insights effectively
    • Create value for stakeholders through reporting and analysing key metrics and answering their business needs
    • Capacity to find answers to complex questions and summarize insights relevant to business objectives
    • Support the creation and maintenance of customer analytics practice and foster a culture of insights-driven decision-making
    • Identify and promote a culture of continuous improvement
    • Demonstrate intellectual curiosity, logical thinking, and problem-solving skills for complex, ambiguous problems
    • Set and prioritize tasks aligned with company objectives and key results, and effectively communicate them to stakeholders
    • Actively participate in cross-team initiatives and promote a collaborative culture
    • Excellent communication skills to articulate findings and insights to various stakeholders clearly and concisely

Does this sound like you?

    • BS in mathematics, economics, computer science, information management or statistics
    • 5+ years of experience in quantitative analysis, preferably for a tech company 
    • Excellent, SQL skills and experience in working with relational databases
    • Excellent, Data visualization skills and experience with business intelligence tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI, or similar software)
    • Experience with R/ Python and ML frameworks is a plus
    • Fluency in English

We’re on the lookout for a data analyst to develop and maintain regular reports, conduct advanced and independent analyses to segment our customer base, and collaborate closely with operations and data engineering teams on data management projects.
