Street parking is available near Placemakr Music Row. Applicants may also park in the six (6) spots before the gate in the parking garage. For overflow parking, applicants may speak with on-site leadership for additional parking codes.

Guest Experience Associates

    • Our Guest Experience Associates serve as the primary point of contact for our guests and residents throughout their stay and until they depart. We are seeking individuals who embody Placemakr’s Community Norms, have a "can-do" spirit, and consistently go above and beyond to ensure both internal and external customer satisfaction. As an integral member of our on-site Property Team, you will embody our Property Team Mission with each task and interaction, and consistently demonstrate that exceptional service is the core of our operation. 
    • Positions available at our Music Row and Wedgewood-Houston properties
    • Compensation: $17.50/hr

Maintenance Technicians

    • Our Maintenance Technicians are responsible for upholding our building standards by supporting all aspects of the overall maintenance and upkeep of our properties by addressing building- and grounds-related concerns promptly. We are seeking skilled individuals who are on a mission to positively impact the guest and resident experience by making certain that our building is properly functioning, safe, and clean. As an integral member of our on-site Property Team, you will embody our Property Team Mission with each work order, preventative maintenance project and interaction, and consistently demonstrate that effective resolution of maintenance issues is the core of our operation. 
    • Positions available at our Music Row, SoBro and Wedgewood-Houston properties
    • Compensation: Starting at $25.00/hr

Housekeeping Supervisors

    • Our Housekeeping Supervisors play a pivotal role in ensuring a seamless and collaborative experience for our team members while setting the tone for our housekeeping operations. We are seeking individuals who champion Placemakr’s Community Norms and take a hands-on approach to supporting the day-to-day efficacy of housekeeping operations. As a future leader at Placemakr, you will embody our Property Team Mission with each room inspection and team member interaction, lead by example to uphold a positive team culture in alignment with property goals, and ensure that our guests are delighted by our cleanliness and comfort standards. 
    • Positions available at our Music Row, SoBro and Wedgewood-Houston properties
    • Compensation: Starting at $20.00/hr
