Place Showroom is seeking an experienced Specialty Director of Sales to strategically develop our national specialty business plan. national powerhouse. Duties include but are not limited to: implementing effective sales strategies, leading sales representatives toward achieving sales objectives, developing processes required to create an effective and efficient sales organization, managing sales representatives, soliciting major department stores, and creating sales projections and forecasts.

The Specialty Director of Specialty Sales will oversee and manage the Specialty Account business through one on one and collaborative management of the Specialty Sales Team. The Director of Specialty Sales will be responsible for overseeing goals, production, product performance, outstanding orders and invoices, vendor agreements, advertising opportunities, distribution and territory analysis for all Specialty Accounts in the territory. The Director of Specialty Sales will partner with upper management to create effective sales strategies and team building exercises for the Specialty Sales Team. The Director of Specialty Sales shall be the primary point of contact with the Specialty Sales Team and complete the applicable reporting. The Sales Manager shall act as primary respondent for the showroom with existing designers and accounts.
