Plaid is looking for a strategic and experienced HRBP leader to partner with Plaid’s Chief Operating Officer, Head of Revenue, and Go-To-Market leadership as we enter our next phase of growth.  As a senior member of our HRBP team, not only will you provide guidance to your client groups, but you’ll also help define what HRBP means at Plaid, both immediately and in the future.


Responsibilities

    • Providing strategic partnership and counsel to C-suite and senior business leaders at Plaid.
    • Partnering with leaders on strategically building out new and/or rapidly growing teams.
    • Collaborating with COE teams to design and implement programs across the Go-To-Market functions.
    • Coaching and developing leaders at all levels within the organization. 
    • Utilizing data and analytics to inform key business decisions.
    • Identifying development, performance, and retention needs and implementing solutions.
    • Mentoring and coaching other members of the COE teams.

Qualifications

    • Minimum 8 years experience in HR client support with a minimum of 5 years experience as an HRBP within a high growth environment.
    • Track record of success partnering with and influencing senior leaders within the business.
    • Strong experience with organizational scaling and design. 
    • Ability to drive people programs: performance management, calibrations, compensation planning, executive coaching, employee relations, organizational design, etc.
    • Experience partnering with Go-To-Market leaders and teams.
    • Additional experience within other areas of HR is a strong plus (L&D, Compensation, Operations)
    • Experience issue spotting and proactively advising on potential solutions with minimal oversight.
    • Analytically driven; experience in utilizing qualitative and quantitative approaches to root cause analysis.
    • A team player; low ego and highly collaborative.
$175,200 - $284,400 a year
The target base salary for this position ranges from $175,200/year to $284,400/year in Zone 1. The target base salary will vary based on the job's location. 

Our geographic zones are as follows:
Zone 1 - New York City and San Francisco Bay Area 
Zone 2 - Los Angeles, Seattle, Washington D.C.
Zone 3 - Austin, Boston, Denver, Houston, Portland, Sacramento, San Diego
Zone 4 - Raleigh-Durham and all other US cities

Additional compensation in the form(s) of equity and/or commission are dependent on the position offered. Plaid provides a comprehensive benefit plan, including medical, dental, vision, and 401(k). Pay is based on factors such as (but not limited to) scope and responsibilities of the position, candidate's work experience and skillset, and location.
