We believe that the way people interact with their finances will drastically improve in the next few years. We’re dedicated to empowering this transformation by building the tools and experiences that thousands of developers use to create their own products. Plaid powers the tools millions of people rely on to live a healthier financial life. We work with thousands of companies like Venmo, SoFi, several of the Fortune 500, and many of the largest banks to make it easy for people to connect their financial accounts to the apps and services they want to use. Plaid’s network covers 12,000 financial institutions across the US, Canada, UK and Europe. Founded in 2013, the company is headquartered in San Francisco with offices in New York, Washington D.C., London and Amsterdam.
The Workplace Experience team's mission is to connect employees to the company and to other Plaids by creating exceptional spaces, events and programs. Our current Workplace Experience team is spread across multiple locations (San Francisco, New York, London, Amsterdam) and across multiple channels of Workplace: Operations and Services, Internal Events, and Real Estate & Workplace Design. We are a passionate group of people who care deeply about building an inspiring and inclusive employee experience for Plaids. We hold ourselves to high standards and strive for operational excellence in all that we do. If you are as excited about creating a best in class employee experience at Plaid, then we’d love for you to apply to this role and connect with our team to learn more about our Workplace Experience team.
As our Front Desk Coordinator, you’ll be the first person people see when they walk into our office—and the vibe you set will matter. You’re someone who brings a warm, upbeat presence and thrives on making things run smoothly behind the scenes. Whether you're greeting a guest, handling a mail delivery, or tracking an internal request ticket, you're quick on your feet, organized, and ready to jump in where needed. This role is all about making the in-office experience feel seamless, welcoming, and genuinely enjoyable for both Plaids and their guests. You take pride in being proactive, love a well-stocked supply closet, and can multitask like a pro without breaking a sweat. We are looking for someone who’s curious, service-minded, and always a step ahead—someone who doesn’t just react, but anticipates what’s needed. If you're someone who thrives in a people-first, fast-paced environment, and loves being at the heart of a buzzing office, this could be the perfect fit.
