As an EA at Plaid, you will work closely with top-level Executives to help enhance productivity and efficiency. The ideal candidate is a team player with exceptional communication and problem-solving skills. This position requires initiative, attention to detail, the ability to learn quickly and a passion for delivering strategic value in a fast paced environment.
Responsibilities
- Provide executive and administrative support to the COO (Chief Operating Officer) and another GTM Leader at Plaid
- Work closely with and represent Executive(s) both internally and externally, with composure and discretion
- Heavy scheduling and ability to independently and efficiently own Executive level calendars
- Coordinate internal meetings including, but not limited, to one-on-one meetings, interviews, All Hands, etc
- Own and Drive meeting agendas, including action items and follow ups
- Prepare slide decks and team wide correspondence
- Manage complex travel and coordination
- Plan and execute leadership offsites and events
- Track expenses and manage budget oversight
- Manage additional special projects across GTM, the EA Team, and Plaid
Requirements
- Experience supporting C-level Executives
- 5+ years of EA experience
- Someone who is highly organized and exhibits a strong sense of ownership
- Agility and flexibility in response to changing priorities and needs
- A motivated self-starter who can fearlessly execute and navigate through ambiguity
- A resourceful, natural project manager who is able to think on their feet
- Being proactive— anticipating the needs of others before anyone else
- Emotional intelligence and strong communication skills (both verbal and written)
- Enjoys partnering with other administrative colleagues across the organization and providing back-up support when necessary
- An understanding that things may come up outside of typical office hours
$98,280 - $135,000 a year
Target base salary for this role is between $98,280 and $135,000 per year. Additional compensation in the form(s) of equity and/or commission are dependent on the position offered. Plaid provides a comprehensive benefit plan, including medical, dental, vision, and 401(k). Pay is based on factors such as (but not limited to) scope and responsibilities of the position, candidate's work experience and skillset, and location. Pay and benefits are subject to change at any time, consistent with the terms of any applicable compensation or benefit plans.
