The Business Systems team utilizes a variety of enterprise tools and solutions to solve many of Plaid's most important operational issues. In addition to maintaining Plaid’s Salesforce and Zendesk instances, this team is also responsible for many of Plaid’s most business-critical applications and tooling, such as Lead Scoring, PRM, CPQ, Contract Management, and Support Systems.
As a GTM Systems Manager, you will closely collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to plan and manage our Salesforce and Zendesk product roadmap. You will be responsible for tackling business-critical problems that can be solved by our enterprise technology stack and identifying new technology required to solve issues efficiently. You will enable the Business GTM Systems Technology team to scale to meet the needs of an evolving business.


Responsibilities:

    • Initiating, managing, and successfully executing new, cross-functional technology-transformation initiatives that increase alignment and create synergies across the business
    • Improving team operational efficiency and productivity process and technology
    • Collaborating with a variety of cross-functional leadersMaintaining a strong, clear view of operational issues most critical to Plaid’s success
    • Developing and tracking key KPIs to drive execution and identifying opportunities for operational improvement
    • Staying hands on when necessary and playing a key role in driving the successful completion key projects 
    • Managing, coaching, and mentoring a team of high-performing individual contributors
    • Recruiting and building a best-in-class GTM Systems team at Plaid

Qualifications:

    • 10+ years in a technology role as either a project manager, administrator, or developer
    • 5+ years experience managing Salesforce
    • 3+ years of people management and team leadership experience
    • Track record of building and maintaining productive relationships with senior leadership
    • Strong stakeholder management skills
    • Strong analytical and technical skills
    • Strong project management skills
    • Proven track record of scaling team efficiency and impact
    • Quote-to-Cash and CPQ experience is strongly preferred
$140,400 - $239,760 a year
Target base salary for this role is [between $140,400 and $239,760 per year. Additional compensation in the form(s) of equity and/or commission are dependent on the position offered. Plaid provides a comprehensive benefit plan, including medical, dental, vision, and 401(k). Pay is based on factors such as (but not limited to) scope and responsibilities of the position, candidate's work experience and skillset, and location.
