The Scaled Access team enables consumer connectivity for financial information, wherever that information sits. Our focus is on enabling data connectivity for technology providers of all sizes, in particular focusing on making Open Finance solutions accessible to thousands of community banks and credit unions. 

In this role, you will be vital in supporting over 7000 institutions on Plaid, which power our network through multi- integration types. You will serve as the front line, establishing and nurturing holistic relationships with community banks and credit unions. As the primary point of contact, you will ensure seamless communication and issue resolution at scale, strengthening our network , and cultivating Plaid advocates within these institutions. 

Responsibilities

    • Manage Longtail Data Partner relationships: You'll handle inbound data partner requests from start to finish, ensuring clear communication, resolving any major issues, and efficiently directing complex matters to the right channels for resolution.
    • Deliver Exceptional Partner Experience: Your focus will be on building strong, holistic relationships with Plaid data partners. By understanding their needs and providing timely, supportive responses, you'll ensure they have a positive experience working with Plaid. 
    • Collaborate closely with the Banking & Wealth team: You'll work closely with the Plaid Banking & Wealth Revenue team to enhance the experience for financial institutions and customers using Plaid. This involves ensuring smooth integration processes and managing integration health effectively. 
    • Collaborate with Integration Operations Engineering Team: You'll collaborate with the Integration Operations Engineering Team to identify and carry out external communications with data partners to resolve integration issues. You'll work to establish a process for identifying and tracing key contacts across a wide range of community banks and credit unions.
    • Identify opportunities for process enhancement and consolidation: Your role includes identifying ways to improve and consolidate processes. By executing initiatives to boost operational efficiency, streamline workflows, and enhance partner management procedures, you'll contribute to making our operations smoother and more effective.

Qualifications

    • 4-6+ years of experience in a client-facing and / or technology-focused role where partner/customer/client communication and technical acumen was combined
    • Experience managing external communications independently 
    • Excellent communication skills with a strong ability to provide technical details to both technical and non-technical audiences alike, simplifying complexities in a concise / clear manner
    • Have a deep / thorough understanding of integration methods 
    • Self-starter who takes initiative and possess strong troubleshooting skills  
$126,360 - $173,880 a year
Target base salary for this role is between $126,360 and $173,880 per year. Additional compensation in the form(s) of equity and/or commission are dependent on the position offered. Plaid provides a comprehensive benefit plan, including medical, dental, vision, and 401(k). Pay is based on factors such as (but not limited to) scope and responsibilities of the position, candidate's work experience and skillset, and location. Pay and benefits are subject to change at any time, consistent with the terms of any applicable compensation or benefit plans.
