As a Recruiter at Planned, you will partner with hiring managers to help build out our teams with the strongest candidates in the market - talent density is baked into our culture. You will source talent, assess their fit, provide them with an amazing candidate experience and advise our hiring managers on talent decisions. You will be recruiting for a wide range of roles from our customer success team to software engineering, and everything in between.
The Role
- Partner closely with key internal stakeholders to understand each business function and execute on talent needs
- Lead the end to end search process and conduct screening calls
- Collaborate with the rest of the recruitment team to develop sourcing strategies & build a talented pipeline for each role
- Provide candidates with support and guidance throughout the interview process to ensure a positive experience
- Regularly track hiring progress to share with internal stakeholders and utilize to improve recruiting performance
About You
- Experience with end-to-end recruitment and/or client-facing roles
- Entrepreneurial spirit and ‘getting-things-done’ mindset, focused on delivering results
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Ability to succeed in a fast-paced, start-up environment
- Experience with an ATS is considered an asset (we use Lever!)
