The Marketing Administrative Assistant will support the marketing department with a variety of tasks including website updates, Intranet updates, and other digital work. This person will also assist with printing and mailing items and maintaining printed stock of marketing materials. The Marketing Administrative Assistant will also be responsible for maintaining accurate hours of operation for all health center and administrative locations that are accessed on our website. This role will also need to understand and maintain brand integrity in all work.
In this role, you'll get to:
- Make updates to our website
- Make updates to our employee Intranet
- Print and mail marketing materials and maintain printed stock
- Maintain and audit the hours of operation for a variety of locations across San Diego, Riverside and Imperial counties.
What we're looking for:
- Previous work experience or internship using marketing principles and branding or equivalent educational experience.
- Demonstrated experience developing content on content management systems (Django, Interact, SharePoint or similar)
- Demonstrated experience using computer programs like Excel, Word, PowerPoint etc.
- 1+ year of administrative support work experience (Preferred)
$23 - $24 an hour
