As the Development Database Coordinator you will have the opportunity provides high-level support to the Annual Campaign's database team.

This exciting opportunity will assist with donor database integrity, analysis, metrics, segmentation, general system operation, and some software integrations. This position will also help oversee donor gift entry and ensure appropriate donor correspondence.

The Affiliate establishes compensation supported by a position description that identifies competencies, duties, responsibilities and qualifications. In alignment with the Agency culture, PPPSW will strive to communicate openly and transparently about the goals of the Agency and the design of the compensation policies. The Agency will ensure the compensation program is administered in a manner that is consistent with Agency’s value of pay equity.

The hiring rate for the position is: $23-25/hour

In this role, you’ll get to:

    • Support Development Database Program Manager with database system operations.
    • Work alongside Development Associate and Annual Campaign & Stewardship Specialist for donor data entry and gift processing within 48 hours of receipt.
    • Support the Annual Campaign team's general operations.
    • Provide telephone and front desk back up for Agency receptionist as needed.

What we’re looking for:

    • Associate's degree or equivalent experience. Bachelor's degree preferred.

    • 2 years of experience in a fundraising setting required.

    • 1-2 years of Raiser's edge database experience required.

    • Knowledge of Excel or working with large data sets.

    • Strong attention to detail and ability to handle tasks independently.

    • Strong organizational skills and demonstrated ability to follow through with projects.
