Our comfortable HQ and we are looking for a Specialist who knows how to organize comfort, ease and coziness in office life. Be prepared for a multifunctional role where your efforts are amplified by our highly automated processes – it’s efficiency at its finest!
You will be the first point of contact for the team and our guests, so empathy, independence and love of order are important to us.
You will do:
- Create a comfortable, safe and productive work environment in the office by managing all service providers and contractors (rent, delivery, Internet, cleaning, etc.);
- Order office supplies, snacks\lunches, corporate swag, hardware and handle other needs of the team;
- Be the first point of contact for our management, employees and partners;
- Administer documents, invoices and other internal processes related to office activities;
- Assist in organizing team building, internal events and mini-holidays in the office;
- Arrange business trips and meetings of our team;
- Oversee daily office operations and report to HRD;
- Participate in HR processes;
- Maintain the Planner 5D culture through attention to detail and concern for the comfort of the team.
Requirements:
- 2–4 years of experience as Office Manager or Administrative Assistant. Work experience at IT-companies will be a big plus.
- Shall have fluent English, Russian and native Lithuanian;
- Willingness to be in the office up to 5 days per week;
- With go-getter attitude;
- Experience in providing the office with everything needed;
- Experience with document management and different web-tools;
- Ready to work on a wide range of issues and be resourceful in a multitasking environment ;
- Strong organizational and analytical skills;
- Excellent time management, multitasking, and communication skills;
- Proficiency with office software: Google ecosystem, Slack.

€2,000 - €3,000 a month
Gross amount. The final offer will depend on the experience and interview results.
