We are constantly looking for like-minded talent eager to take ownership and drive innovation within our expanding suite of tools. Join us in shaping the future of home design.

We're not just looking for an HR manager; we're seeking a team player who will thrive in our Planner 5D culture. In this role, you will work closely with the HRD and team members to develop and implement a high-quality HR strategy. This includes overseeing the HRIS system data, designing automated workflows, and managing event calendars as well as internal communications with local and remote teams. Here, you will not just deal with people's data but will be integral in sculpting a workplace culture that celebrates creativity, inclusivity and continuous growth.

Are you the one we're looking for?

    • At least 3 years of experience in Human Resources roles, ideally within the tech industry.
    • You're skilled in administering HRIS software (we use HiBob) and have a knack for various tools such as Slack bots, survey forms, diagrams, spreadsheets, etc., which help maintain the employee lifecycle.
    • You have a strong appreciation for a solution-oriented mindset – when challenges arise, you focus on potential solutions rather than the problems.
    • Operational support for the social package is part of your expertise.
    • You're experienced in change management and can define, craft, and execute projects in an agile environment.
    • Expertise in both office and remote team settings.
    • You possess excellent in-person communication skills and have a proven track record of building cross-functional relationships.
    • Organization and planning are your strong suits, along with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
    • Fluent English skills are a must, and if you speak Russian or Lithuanian, that's a big plus!

Nice to have:

    • Knowledge of Lithuanian labor law and the ability to independently source necessary information.
    • Some familiarity with employment legislation across various European countries.

What the job involves:

    • Masterfully managing our people data, documents, and electronic requests through our HRIS system (HiBob) and related software, ensuring accuracy and compliance with our policies.
    • Launching and overseeing automation across the employee lifecycle, including performance reviews, on- &off-boarding, birthdays, equipment and education requests, while also adding a personal touch.
    • Designing and executing scalable, automated people operation workflows, guidelines, playbooks, and tools to enhance our company's resources.
    • Organizing and skillfully coordinating corporate events.
    • Support in implementing new benefits and continuously seeking opportunities to enrich our team's experience.
    • Facilitating internal communication with team members, both within and outside Lithuania, and acting as the primary liaison for external service providers.
    • Assisting team members with their requests, guiding them through company processes, and ensuring compliance with company policies to deliver excellent service.
