We are building an AI system that can accurately represent knowledge and handle uncertainty, to enable the discovery of insights and solve problems based on explainable reasoning. We envision applications to automate analysis and speed up research in domains such as Finance, Strategy Consulting, Engineering, Material Sciences, and more.

We are looking for a Talent Acquisition leader with a track record and passion for talent across production-grade software engineering, machine learning, natural language processing, as well as research in various computer science and mathematical domains.

You will be part of a lean, results-oriented team of creative problem-solvers and doers, growing with us as we build a world-class AI research and product organisation.

Required experience

    • 2+ years of talent acquisition leadership, creating and overseeing strategies for hiring technical, research, and other roles at a fast-growing tech company
    • 3+ years of experience developing and running effective candidate sourcing and talent marketing campaigns
    • 4+ years hands-on recruiting and candidate selection experience in technical domains
    • Basic programming experience and/or an academic background in a quantitative domain is a plus

Responsibilities

    • Establishing overall vision and roadmap for talent acquisition, managing for continuous improvement
    • Defining hiring benchmarks and directing the team to meet and exceed them
    • Establishing the Employer Brand and setting up and talent marketing campaigns to help attract the best candidates
    • Driving the adoption of consistent, effective sourcing, interviewing, and hiring practices for the recruiting team, that achieve results and provide a good candidate experience
    • Working with existing team members to track and deliver hiring needs
    • Identifying and partnering with external providers as needed
    • Staying up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and emerging recruitment technologies, incorporating innovative approaches into our talent acquisition efforts.
