WHO YOU ARE

    • A strong technologist: you are an expert either in back-end or front-end, and the team can rely on you for any technical issue
    • A leader: You're a natural leader, who can take technical decision, talk with other non-technical department and attract the best engineers
    • A pragmatist: your solutions are not ivory towers but driven by the context
    • A thinker: you are logical, can evaluate a problem quickly, abstract it and propose solutions

    • Experience in development: 5-10 years of development experience
    • Experience in leadership: 2 years or more of experience in management
    • Natural leadership skills: Communication, Pedagogy, Grit, Patience

WHAT YOU'LL DO

    • Choose the technical stack and right tools given our stage
    • Build a new web product from scratch
    • Define the architecture for our product
    • Define the development norms and methods for the team
    • Ensure quality by reviewing the team’s code
    • Mentor the team to help other engineers grow
