At PlayPlay, innovation is at the heart of everything we do—AI, automation, and new features rolled out continuously. We are transforming video creation so that every communicator, regardless of technical skill, can produce impactful content.

Joining PlayPlay means:

And what makes us stay?
That feeling of belonging to a team that goes above and beyond for the PlayPlay project—without ever losing sight of the people who make it happen.

About the Role đź’Ş

As an Inbound SDR, you will join PlayPlay’s Sales team within the Inbound department. You will report to our Inbound Sales Manager and work closely with the marketing team.
You will focus on driving new business by qualifying and building relationships with prospects over the phone, by email, and through LinkedIn. Your goal will be to turn inbound leads into sales opportunities for the team by asking the right questions to understand their needs (qualification), and scheduling a PlayPlay demo with an Account Executive if it’s the right fit. We are scaling at a rapid pace and are looking for candidates who embrace a challenge, are eager to learn, adaptable, and have the passion to be successful.
We will provide you with all the right tools, training, and support–you just need to bring your organizational skills, energy, and drive. The skills and experience you gain from this role will set you up for a successful career in tech and we are determined to get you there.

MISSIONS đź’Ş

    • Evaluate the quality of inbound leads coming from different sources (events, webinars, paid ads, email campaigns, etc.)
    • Apply sales development best practices to engage with prospects via email, phone and social outreach, to discuss their challenges and analyze if PlayPlay is a good fit
    • Utilize discovery and objection handling strategies to speak knowledgeably with decision makers and to build interest in our offerings
    • If a need is identified, coordinate meetings on an Account Executive’s calendar and log activities in Salesforce
    • Meet monthly and quarterly qualified meeting and revenue quotas
    • Complete accurate tracking of activity in Salesforce, Salesloft, and other tools
    • Stay up to date on sales best practices, marketing/communication industry trends, and Inbound tools/processes

- Creative: We don't do things the same way as others and we like that. It's that madness that gives everyone the freedom to innovate and follow through with their ideas.
- User-first: Our customers are at the heart of everything we do because a product is nothing without its users and it is with its users that a product grows.
- United: What motivates us is to succeed together. We are specialists in cross-team projects: it is by sharing our expertise and supporting each other that we achieve our goals.
- Ambitious: We are not afraid to move fast and take risks. If plan A doesn't work, there are still all the letters in the alphabet. We learn from our experiences and adapt.
- Committed: We take ownership of our projects, with responsibility. We are demanding of others but above all, we give our best.
