TEAM INTRO

As the Field Marketing Manager for our UK / EMEA market, you will have the responsibility for propelling our brand to new heights and generating a strong pipeline for our local sales team.
Therefore you will work on strategic initiatives while also executing a diverse range of campaigns.

Reporting directly to the Europe Marketing Manager and the Global VP of Marketing, you will be well-supported by both our global marketing and the local UK team.
This collaborative environment will empower you to bring your creative ideas to life and implement efficient marketing strategies tailored to the UK market's unique needs.

YOUR MISSIONS 💪

Marketing planning & sales collaboration
- Build a roadmap to achieve UK Marketing strategy & objective, with the UK Sales leader and the Europe Marketing Manager.
- Collaborate closely with our local sales team - organize sales & marketing routines - to prioritize Marketing efforts based on their needs and feedback.
- Help develop our ICP understanding of the UK market and adapt the PlayPlay narrative (eg. on the website, on the ads copy, on the events prints…).

Lead generation
- Plan and organize our presence at relevant industry events or conferences.
- Collaborate with our Paid Acquisition Expert based in Paris by translating other markets LinkedIn Ads or suggesting your own creative ideas and copywriting
- Map sponsored media opportunities and negotiate impactful operations that drive both awareness and lead generation for PlayPlay (eg. sponsored articles, dedicated newsletters…)
- Write and build email nurture programs in Hubspot that incite action to increase lead scores

Demand generation
- Plan, organize and host our own, digital events or webinars.
- Find relevant UK Comarketing partners with a similar target audience to educate.
- Localize and create own Social Media Postings, that your colleagues love to share as well.
- Develop customer testimonials that will help build PlayPlay's legitimacy in this market.

Marketing Ops
- Apply Ops processes in CRMs (cleaning, import, worksflow, etc.)
- Report any potential improvements or inconsistencies to our Marketing Ops manager based in Paris


YOUR SKILLS 🎯

- French and English bilingual (Native English or marketing experience(s) based in the UK)
- Demonstrable experience in implementing efficient strategies for our 2 key streams: growth & lead generation, content & communications.
- Natural copywriting skills: you love to write at your job (eg. emails, ads or website copy…) but also outside (eg. on social media, on a personal blog…)
- Collaborative mindset: you love putting yourself in others shoes, asking questions, being helpful and reaching an objective as a team.
- Data-driven mindset with a history of decision-making based on business metrics.
- At ease with B2B Marketing tools stack: Hubspot, Salesforce, Excel, Hotjar, Google Analytics etc.
- Knowledge of Communication & Marketing personas and working with the UK is a strong plus.
